Mermaid Castle Cake

A mermaid castle cake, featuring a mermaid and her underwater castle made for a friend’s daughter’s 4th birthday. The cake was madeira sponge, filled with jam and buttercream, with fondant icing decoration. It was safe to say she loved it!
