Ok, so not a fancy photo today (did I mention my compact is taking some re-getting used to) but we had a lovely day out, so here is a photo from that.
This is Ben in the anti-gravity room at The Puzzling Place in Keswick. To be perfectly honest, it made Lee and I both feel a bit queasy, but the kids were amazed by the illusion, and didn’t suffer any ill-efffects. The room has a sharply slanting floor, and the walls are perpendicular, so you feel like you should be standing straight up, but you have to lean to be really upright. It’s a great place to visit, and we had lots of fun trying to work out and understand the illusions. Well worth a visit.
