I have had this orchid for years – Lee bought it for me ages ago. I can’t even remember what for. Probably not for anything. And I got this pot/bucket for Christmas with a “warming up set” – hot water bottle, hot chocolate etc… not sure what the bucket had to do with it actually. Anyway, it makes a nice home for my orchid, and has the added bonus of me being able to leave soppy notes for Lee. I keep trying to take a half decent picture of it, and I am reasonably pleased with this one. Somehow I like the sunshiney yellow-ness of the flowers on what is otherwise another dull and foggy day. So, this one is for my lovely husband, to cheer him up after a hard week at work.
